ABOUT ME

TIAGO

As a professional Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach, my passion is to guide you towards a healthier lifestyle and help you realise your own potential. You will be surprised at what you can achieve with a coach to guide you!
My style is one of patience and encouragement in an understanding and compassionate environment; you will never feel intimidated or pressured under my guidance. My experience in Physical Education Teaching, time in the Brasilian Army and 8+ years as a personal trainer has taught me that this style is the best way to help my clients achieve results and maintain their newfound strength and abilities; physical and emotional. 
My method is all about you. We set goals together so I can formulate a personalised, appropriate and achievable fitness regime. We track progress, constantly review and move the goal posts when the time is right. You are my focus and your health is my priority.
